The Empowerment Network LLC, currently provides intensive in-home services to youth. The target population is for individuals ages 5 to 17 that live at home with their natural parents, relatives, or a legal guardian, or at the family residence of the individual’s permanent or temporary foster care or pre-adoption placement. In addition, the individual must demonstrate a clinical necessity arising from a severe condition due to mental, behavioral, or emotional illness that results in significant functional impairment in major life activities.
Our Intensive In-Home (IIH) Counseling Program is a highly effective family unification program for children and adolescents to prevent out-of-home placement by decreasing negative behaviors and developing positive behavior change and parenting strategies. The youth’s symptoms can range from acting out, to conduct disorders, to juvenile delinquency, to alcohol and/or substance abuse.
