Empowering Individuals

The Empowerment Network, LLC is a government funded agency that currently administers behavioral, mental health, developmental disability waiver services to individuals enrolled in Virginia's Medicaid and FAMIS programs. 

T.E.N. strives to preserve and strengthen independence and prevent individuals from being removed from their homes and communities to more restrictive environments such as incarceration, residential or psychiatric treatment facilities. We believe in a holistic, psycho-social, community-based approach to all services that are person-centered to meet the specific needs of each individual.  We believe it is through effective collaboration and partnerships with other community agencies and resources that we can provide the best support services possible.
